The Lead Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth, defend and expand market share, and building key customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and market strategy.

As lead sales specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop proposal strategy and sales agreements.
  • Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development.
  • Assists in customer negotiations. Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth.
  • Provide market intel to tender manager to formulate winning strategy
  • Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
  • Manages complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
  • Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
  • Handles important clients for a product line. Cooperates with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
  • Accountable for tracking, monitoring and expediting bill & collections.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have bachelor's or master's degree with engineering background.
  • Minimum 10 years field engineer working experience with direct exposure with at least 2 types of operation from production enhancement (frac and acid stimulation), coiled tubing.
  • Minimum 3 years sales and commercial working experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects / opportunities.
  • Be Self-starter with minimal supervision requirement; able to work independently; ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to travel on short notice, within Indonesia.
