As a Services Specialist
- Customer Order & Fulfillment, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating **order management –**processing order intake and inputting **data into internal systems.**Connecting **to customer portals and systems.**Supporting forecasting, billing, and collection activities.
- Serving as key contact for customer inquiries and managing the customer complaint (issue) resolution process.Working with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.
Aviation only:
- Engaging in sales activities for assigned customers.
- Working together with high‑level people from the business and SPB and EB level.Specifying needs,communicating about project approaches, and presenting outcomes of completed research.
- Handling standardized project processes.Following guidelines for choosing the right actions.Implementing frequently updated processes and procedures from other functions within the department.
- Managing diverse clients in a region.Operating on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks, with some latitude for deviating from those conditions.
To be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
- Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Customer Order and Fulfillment.
