As part of our operations team, you will support milling, lifting, and material‑handling activities to ensure high‑quality product output and safe execution of heavy‑equipment operations.

Partner with the best

As an Operator – Equipment, you will perform specialized milling functions, support barite processing, monitor product specifications, and assist in maintenance activities. In addition, you will operate a range of heavy industrial equipment, including cranes, straddle trucks, and forklifts to support the movement and handling of high‑value loads. Your commitment to safety, quality, and operational reliability will contribute directly to successful daily production.

As an Operator – Equipment, you will be responsible for:

• Operating mobile cranes for heavy lifts.
• Operating straddle trucks for positioning and transferring heavy structures.
• Operating FLTs for material handling and load support.
• Executing lifting operations in line with lifting plans and method statements.
• Inspecting and selecting correct lifting accessories (slings, shackles, beams, etc.).
• Working closely with production supervisors and lead riggers.
• Ensuring safe load stability, balance, and correct weight distribution.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret routine instructions.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Bring strong mechanical aptitude.
• Be able to operate or obtain certification for forklifts and front‑end loaders.
• Bring experience in production environments and heavy lifting operations.
• Exhibit a “can‑do” attitude, willingness to learn, and strong commitment to safety.
