As a Senior Project Manager in the REP (Refinery & Petrochemicals), PGP (Pipeline and Gas Processing) portfolio, you will be responsible for Projects delivery, quality, and profit & loss accountability. You'll also oversee customer satisfaction through management of Projects related activities and resources.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing overall execution of the Projects assigned with responsibility of the revenues and contribution margin delivered.

• Directly coordinating Project Team members and oversee the overall Projects activities.

• Leading communication with customers, managing project deliverables, and discuss/review outcomes with Executive Team Leaders.

• Operating according to performance indicators, such as Timeliness of Project Launch and quality of Project Report.

• Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.

• Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB)

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University in a STEM – related field

• Expertise and experience in project management principles and processes in line with main international PM certification (such as PMI, IPMA, Prince2).

• Proven and extensive experience in Projects Execution for REP-PGP Projects, as well as a consolidated knowledge of the portfolio different products: ST, GT, CC and RC

• Proven track records of complex Projects execution globally requiring engagement of different stakeholders internally and at the client side

• Team player and good communication skills with fluency in English and Italian

• Availability to travel within and outside Europe
