- As the Sales Senior Team leader
- Proposals, you will be responsible for the preparation of complex proposals/bids. In this role, you will ensure contract finalization and compliance with the processes.
You will be responsible for:
· Pre Tender Engagement & Opportunity Management
- Collaborating with OFSE product line teams across the region to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Monitoring and managing tender opportunities across customer procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, Smart GEP, CNPC/Sinopec/CNOOC portals).
- Attending tender briefings, capturing minutes, and ensuring documentation is digitized and traceable.
· Proposal Development & Bid Coordination
- Leading the full bid/tender process, including strategy development, document preparation, submission, clarifications, and post implementation review.
- Developing tailored proposals, including execution plans, commercial terms, and value differentiated content.
- Ensuring all mandatory documents are accurate, compliant, and aligned with customer requirements.
· Cross Functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Working closely with sales, engineering, technology, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, tax, controllership, legal, and finance to deliver compliant and competitive bids.
- Ensuring adherence to company processes, commercial policies, legal requirements, and HSE/quality standards.
· Commercial Excellence & Risk Management
- Ensuring awareness of commercial evaluation criteria and differentiation strategies to strengthen win probability.
- Identifying and escalating contractual and commercial risks early, coordinating with legal and commercial teams for mitigation planning.
- Supporting contract finalization and alignment of technical, commercial, and contractual correspondence.
· Documentation, Reporting & Audit Readiness
- Implementing disciplined time management to meet submission deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Maintaining accurate digital tender records and ensuring audit readiness.
- Administering and maintaining customer bidding platforms across the Geo Zone.
- Preparing weekly tender/contract reports and supporting global reporting requirements.
- Supporting internal and external audit activities within the Geo Zone.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor's from an accredited school
· Have 6 - 8 years of experience in Tenders and Contracts management in Energy Industry
· Have experience to handle Tenders/Contracts with CNPC/CNOOC/Sinopec in China, Commercial/Sales/Marketing experience in Oil & Gas is an advantage.
· Be committed to customer service and have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
· Have good commercial acumen, negotiation experience and ability to coordinate several deals simultaneously.
· Have good presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese.
· Be a Self-starter with high motivation levels and demonstrated leadership skills.
