The Field services - Customer Application Engineer will be technical leader of field service proposals, having as key deliverables schedules and estimates of Field installation & maintenances activities. This will be done through a range of activities.

You will be responsible for :

• Liaising with Sourcing for manpower/craft quotes on Turnkey field installations, ensuring technical alignment and consistent cost budget

• Verifying site experiences in previous projects, organizing and maintaining the database of standard field service models (lessons learned, actual vs forecast analysis)

• Verifying Customer tenders, Request for Quote requirements, and CTQs

• Defining the overall scope‑of‑supply picture for complex upgrade bids, verifying internal capabilities and applying them to the maximum possible extent

• To be successful in this role :

Required Qualifications:

• Former Field Engineer experience as mechanical specialist in Installation/Upgrade project

• Plant Engineering qualification and/or experience

• Project Planning & Cost Budgeting capabilities

• Enhanced oral and written communication skills

• Strong analytical & interpersonal skills, team player attitude

• Fluency in English

• Working knowledge of Primavera planning tool

• Desired Characteristics

• Technical Bachelor/Master Degree

• Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

• Self-starter, high motivation level, with leadership skills

• Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize and manage time
