  • As a Senior Sales Team Leader

  • Drill Bits**,** you will be responsible for:

  • Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.

  • Analyzing and adapting to client conditions.

  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.

  • Handling diverse clients in a region.

  • Handling country or large territories

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Geology

  • Have 7+ years of experience in Sales and Drill Bits

  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Have strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Have the ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic field conditions
