Axonius is seeking a DevOps-DevEx Team Leader to lead a mission-critical team supporting our global R&D group of over 200 developers. You will act as a technical architect and owner of the infrastructure, designing CI/CD workflows and automated environments to drive R&D efficiency and scalability. This is a unique opportunity to build a team from the ground up and define the methodologies that shape how we develop and deliver our applications.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the Axonius Dev Ex team, defining work methodologies and asset management visions.

Design and implement CI/CD workflows, automated staging, and local development environments for 200+ developers.

Maintain and optimize all cloud infrastructure under the Dev Ex domain with a focus on stability and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, IT, and R&D to address service requests and architect technical solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: Over 2 years of direct engineering management experience and 5+ years managing cloud-based environments.

Cloud Expertise: Advanced proficiency in AWS architecture and infrastructure platforms.

Development Skills: Professional coding experience in Python, Ruby, Go Lang, or JavaScript.

DevOps Tooling: Extensive hands-on proficiency with modern CI/CD tooling, Docker, and Linux containers.

Preferred Qualifications

Leadership: Proven ability to provide technical mentorship and vision for asset creation.

Infrastructure: Deep understanding of security, data, and application layer integration.

Communication: Full professional proficiency in both English and Hebrew.

Vision: Demonstrated experience in optimizing infrastructure for cost-effectiveness and efficiency
