The Axonius Product Design team is seeking a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to take full ownership of the Automation domain, one of the platform's most complex and technical pillars. You will work closely with Product and R&D stakeholders to transform intricate workflows into intuitive, high-quality design solutions. This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to articulate design strategy to senior leadership in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the UX/UI lifecycle for the Automation domain, from initial user research and requirement gathering to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, R&D, and Technical Writers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.

• Complex Problem Solving: Identify and resolve UX friction points within complex B2B workflows and production environments.

• Stakeholder Management: Present design drafts and strategic solutions to internal teams and senior executive leadership to gain buy-in and alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 2 years at a B2B product-based company.

• Domain Expertise: Proven track record of designing complex technical platforms or large-scale B2B systems.

• Research Skills: Solid experience in UX research, including conducting user interviews and analyzing qualitative/quantitative data.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio demonstrating the simplification of complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

• Communication: Professional-level English with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: Prior experience designing no-code automation systems or workflow orchestration tools.

• Industry Knowledge: Background in the Cybersecurity or SaaS sectors.

• Technical Background: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and hands-on experience with AI tools or LLMs.

• Agility: Demonstrated ability to thrive and switch gears quickly in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
