Your responsibilities will include:

• preparing the contract documentation for companies that the Sales Team wants to sign contracts with

• filling customer database templates once Sales signed the contract

• filling rate forms with the renewed pricing in case of changes in rates

• managing fleet availability changes in our systems

• setting up Avis Worldwide Discount number representing the contract

• responding to customer and partner queries and documentation of action /resolution

• providing administrative support to sales managers in the headquarter

• precise documentation of actions and resolutions in the relevant systems

• recognizing opportunities for improving processes

What we are looking for:

• Hungarian and English working proficiency knowledge

similar experience in a Shared Service environment is an advantage but not a must

a precise attitude to administrative tasks

strong problem-solving skills, logical & proactive thinking, ability to take initiative

collaborative approach, willingness to work in a close-knit team

confident communication skills

ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

have an eye for the smallest details and enjoy process improvement

experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel with confidence
