As a member of the Americas Finance Team, you’ll have an immediate impact summarizing financial data and operational metrics, while providing analysis to Senior Executives, Area Vice Presidents and key decision makers. The Financial Analyst’s primary responsibilities include financial reporting, analysis, data mining, modeling and forecasting expenses in support of strategic decisions to help drive profit improvement. This role summarizes financial and operational data and will help business leaders understand their results and the drivers of results. The Financial Analyst monitors and analyzes business trends to develop forecasts to provide financial summary data to the organization’s management and corporate functions.
Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.
What you’ll do:
- Develop monthly forecasts, annual business plans, and financial strategic planning initiatives.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting results, drivers and report variances versus prior year, current forecast, and business plan to senior management.
- Models various P&L line items related to the organization’s business operations.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and provide financial support to business partners in various projects.
Required experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related business discipline.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in finance, accounting, or similar function with analytical responsibilities.
Skills you should bring to the table:
- Demonstrated ability to query, analyze and summarize data efficiently and accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong Microsoft Excel and querying skills.
- Requires excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial topics to operational partners

The annual starting salary for this position is between $57,600 – $78,584 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
