Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for finance and speak German? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Analyst to join our Credit & Collections team. What you´ll do: 

• Managing client accounts receivables portfolio and credit lines through a proactive collection of debts and reminding customers of their due payments over the phone and email. 

• Sending balance information, statements, and invoice copies. 

• Keeping customer database and accounts up-to-date, registering and following up cases (i.e. payment terms). 

• Managing relationships with customers, partners, and car rental stations. 

• Cooperating with departments in the BSC and in the countries. 

• Continuously striving for process improvement, actively contributing to knowledge and idea-sharing within the team. 

You should apply if you bring: 

• Min. high school education (University or College degree is an advantage). 

• Advanced knowledge of German and English (verbal, written). 

• Experience in collection will be considered an advantage, but talented and capable fresh graduates are also welcome. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Outstanding customer orientation and problem-solving skills. 

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office especially Excel. 

• Analytical mind-set, logical thinking and accuracy.
