Position Overview:
As Principal Product Manager, Messaging Surfaces & Enablement, you will own the channel-level capabilities and execution digital communications, ensuring customer messages are delivered reliably and consistently across supported channels and products, and can scale across products and regions. You will drive channel expansion and enablement, including message authoring and workflow capabilities, and coordinate critical dependencies with design, content systems, and platform partners.
Responsibilities:

Own the roadmap for channel capabilities, delivery requirements, and expansions across communications channels

Ensure channels support multi-channel delivery needs and integrate with platform capabilities such as governance, experimentation, analytics, personalization, preference management, and external integrations

Translate platform capabilities into channel-level experiences that enable consistent execution across products and locales

Enable message authoring, campaign configuration, and workflows for each channel by leading discovery and coordinating delivery and integrations with platform partners
-
Reduce manual, one-off processes by standardizing templates, workflows, and operating mechanisms that support scale
-
Collaborate with platform and intelligence partners to ensure channel capabilities can support personalization/orchestration needs
-
Work closely with cross-functional partners to align strategy, manage dependencies, and deliver scalable messaging capabilities across products and channels
Minimum Qualifications:
-
7+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience owning platform or infrastructure products
-
Proven experience building or scaling global enterprise products
-
Working knowledge of data governance, privacy, compliance, and trust frameworks in global products
-
Experience working closely with Engineering on technical systems, integrations, and APIs
-
Experience with AI/ML product integration
-
Strong analytical and data literacy skills
-
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership

Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled platforms and data-driven personalization systems
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with customer communication platforms, marketing technology, or content management systems

Experience supporting products used across multiple regions or regulatory environments

Background working with agentic experiences

Passion for building capabilities that enable teams to move faster while maintaining trust and quality
