We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to join our AECO Trust organization within Autodesk AEC Solutions. This role will partner closely with Trust leadership and senior stakeholders across engineering, security, reliability, and operations to enable and operationalize Trust initiatives at scale.

The TPM will act as a pseudo chief of staff for the AECO Trust organization—driving coordination, visibility, metrics, and execution across multiple Trust programs without being the subject-matter expert in each domain. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, strong organizational and communication skills, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to build durable relationships across technical and non-technical teams.

This role is execution-heavy and impact-driven, focused on improving transparency, strengthening operational rigor, and increasing executive confidence in Trust outcomes.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
