  • Develop and maintain financial models for topline long-range plan (LRP) including scenario analysis in support of strategic decision-making
  • Partner on enterprise and functional strategic planning efforts, aligning financial analysis with business priorities
  • Integrate qualitative insights with quantitative analysis reflected in LRP to inform executive decision-making
  • Craft clear, concise executive communications that synthesize LRP outputs and proposed process improvements into actionable recommendations
  • Present recommendations to senior leadership and facilitate strategic discussions
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across functions (including GTM Finance, Product Finance, FP&A, GTM Strategy, Industry Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects relating to LRP modeling and process improvement from concept through execution, serving as a connector across teams
  • Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops to drive alignment, resolve trade-offs, and move planning forward

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in finance and strategy, ideally with a SaaS focus
  • Strong experience in financial modeling, business analysis, and strategic planning
  • Proven ability to operate across both qualitative and quantitative problem spaces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level materials
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable influencing without authority and working in a highly matrixed environment
  • Understands the importance of "telling a story through numbers" that is easily digestible for senior leaders to enable decision making
