Responsabilités

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre une vision et des stratégies qui guident la production de contenu, la conception d'expériences d'apprentissage et l'évolutivité de l'apprentissage afin de créer des contenus et des expériences d'apprentissage de haute qualité

  • Établir des plans et des objectifs stratégiques pour les expériences d'apprentissage, en veillant à leur alignement avec les objectifs plus larges de l'apprentissage client et de la réussite client

  • Superviser et diriger les activités des domaines fonctionnels, en veillant à ce que toutes les équipes fonctionnent efficacement et atteignent leurs objectifs

  • Prendre en compte les commentaires sur les pages et dans les applications qui améliorent la structure, les visuels et la conception des informations pour les contenus d'apprentissage

Qualifications minimales

  • Licence ou master en éducation, conception pédagogique, technologies d'apprentissage ou dans un domaine connexe

  • Au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'apprentissage et du développement, dont au moins 3 ans à un poste de direction

  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion de la production de contenu, de la conception pédagogique et des équipes de conseil en apprentissage

  • Excellente compréhension des principes d'apprentissage des adultes, des méthodologies de conception pédagogique et des technologies d'apprentissage en ligne

  • Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership, de communication et de relations interpersonnelles

  • Capacité avérée à gérer plusieurs projets et priorités dans un environnement en constante évolution

  • Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes

Position Overview

Director of Learning Architecture and Learning Experience Design will lead and scale our Learning Content Production and Learning Experience Design teams. This role is critical in shaping the strategic vision for creating high-quality learning assets and experiences that enhance customer proficiency with our products. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience, a deep understanding of instructional design and content production, and a passion for driving customer success through innovative learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement vision and strategies that guide the Content Production, Learning Experience Design, and learning scalability in creating high-quality learning content and experiences

  • Establish strategic plans and objectives for Learning experiences, ensuring alignment with the broader goals of Customer Learning and Customer Success

  • Oversee and direct the activities of the functional areas, ensuring that all teams operate efficiently and meet their objectives

  • Consider on-page and in-app feedback that elevates structure, visuals, and information design for learning content

  • Partner with and influence senior leaders and executives across Customer Success, Product, and Education on significant matters related to learning initiatives and strategies

  • Engage with senior leadership across the company to advocate for and align learning strategies with broader company goals

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or a related field

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

  • Proven experience in managing content production, instructional design, and learning advisory teams

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and e Learning technologies

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $138,000 and $202,653. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
