Position Overview

The Alliance Partner Marketing Manager owns the planning and execution of joint go-to-market (GTM) programs with strategic alliance partners, including major cloud and platform partners (AWS) whose technologies and solutions extend Autodesk’s platform and industry offerings.
This role works closely with Alliance Management, Industry Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales teams to bring joint solutions to market through integrated co-marketing programs that drive awareness, adoption, and measurable pipeline impact.

Success in this role is defined by strong partner collaboration, high-quality GTM execution, and contribution to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of joint go-to-market programs with strategic alliance partners, aligned to shared business objectives and target audiences

  • Translate alliance strategy into integrated co-marketing plans, campaigns, and launches that clearly position joint solutions and use cases

  • Partner closely with Alliance Management and Industry Marketing to align messaging, positioning, and industry-specific value propositions

  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns, promotions, and launches aligned to strategic cloud alliances and marketplaces

  • Develop and scale marketing motions across cloud marketplaces (e.g., AWS Marketplace), including co-sell, referral, and marketplace-driven demand programs

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned alliance partners, managing joint planning, execution, timelines, and approvals

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with partner marketing teams, demand generation, and sales to ensure effective execution and field readiness

  • Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all joint marketing assets and programs

  • Track, analyze, and report on program performance, including engagement, pipeline contribution, and sourced opportunities

  • Use performance insights to optimize GTM programs and continuously improve alliance marketing effectiveness

  • Contribute to partner planning, quarterly reviews, and the evolution of alliance marketing best practices and processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Alliance or Platform & Marketplace marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology environments

  • Proven experience executing joint go-to-market and co-marketing programs with strategic partners

  • Comfort working with large, complex partner organizations and their marketing and sales teams

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Experience connecting marketing programs to pipeline and revenue outcomes using data and performance metrics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed organization

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $103,000 and $183,920. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
