Program Manager – Forma Location: London (preferred), Dublin, Amsterdam or Oslo.
Type: Full-time
Team: Forma Marketing

This is your chance to join an awesome and empowered team who is passionate about creating impact and has a lot of fun doing it together! With the Forma industry cloud, Autodesk is reimagining how the AECO industry designs and builds. We’re building a community-powered movement that amplifies authentic voices, drives product innovation, and makes Forma the center of the design conversation. This is your chance to help drive that movement.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and collaborative Program Manager to drive and scale repeatable initiatives for the Forma Community team. You’ll be responsible for managing our 1:many activities, such as community events, digital competitions, awards programs, and other strategic initiatives that drive engagement and visibility at scale. You’ll work closely with Community Mangers, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure every initiative delivers measurable impact and aligns with our broader growth goals.

This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership—who wants to stretch across the full toolkit of community marketing: from ideation to impact.

Role Description

  • Own and manage a calendar of community initiatives, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment

  • Lead planning and delivery of planned activities, including community events, digital competitions, and awards programs

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create content that engages and activates our audience

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Community Lead to develop growth-led community strategies informed by data and insights

  • Craft marketing content across multiple channels, inclusive of social media, blog, newsletters and others as needed

  • Apply AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance initiative execution

  • Keep team members accountable for their responsibilities across projects

  • Analyze initiative performance and report actionable insights to inform future strategy

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

  • Support the development of feedback loops between community and product teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing digital marketing programs or events, ideally in a community context

  • 4 years experience in marketing, with a large spectrum of experience across a variety of marketing tactics. The ideal digital marketing generalist

  • Comfortable with ownership—taking ideas from concept to execution, and thriving when you're trusted to drive outcomes across the full community marketing toolkit

  • Able to identify blockers that are slowing you and the team down, and working with stakeholders to clear the way

  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate results into recommendations

  • Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to create compelling content and manage creative workflows

  • Ideally have experience with AI tools and a passion for responsible innovation

  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and, ideally Copilot, Slack, Teams, Zoom, Canva and Photoshop. Quick to learn new tools
