  • Ensure milestones are achieved on time, proactively adjusting plans as needed
  • Lead pre-event reviews and readiness checks to confirm all elements—content, logistics, and technology—are on track

  • Serve as a key on-site resource during conferences, ensuring smooth execution across all workstreams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues to minimize disruptions and maintain a seamless experience for attendees

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Event Management, or a related field (certification is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex projects or events, preferably in a technical or professional development context
  • 2 years experience using Airtable
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and dependencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to travel for conferences and related activities
