What you’ll do:

We are seeking a Principal Salesforce Solution Engineer with strengths across data, integrations, analytics, security, and compliance.This role provides senior‑level solution‑engineering leadership to ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and well designed.

Candidates are expected to bring deep expertise in one or more specialized areas while collaborating across platform, data, and compliance teams.

What you’ll need:

• Provide principal‑level solution‑engineering guidance for Salesforce initiatives.

• Design and validate solutions spanning data, integrations, analytics, and security.

• Serve as a subject‑matter expert in a primary skill area.

• Support design reviews, implementation guidance, and production troubleshooting.

• Promote standards, best practices, and reusable solution patterns.

What you’ll bring:

Core Skill Areas (One or More)

• Integration & Platform: Salesforce, Mule Soft

• Data & Analytics: Data Cloud, CRMA, Tableau, reporting design

• Security & Compliance**:** Cybersecurity, SOX, governance, compliance tracking

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in regulated or compliance‑heavy environments.

• Telecommunications experience preferred.

• Prior platform or enablement experience.
