This is a hybrid position requiring presence in the office 1-3 times per week.
Job Overview
As a Medior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that support the transformation of our industry-standard order, delivery, and assurance management systems.
In this role, you will collaborate with Product Management, Business Systems, and Operations teams to build and enhance AT&T’s software platforms, working on new features, improvements, and defect resolution throughout the development lifecycle.
You will contribute to the design and implementation of robust, scalable systems, participate in technical discussions, and support continuous improvement in a collaborative, agile environment.
Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications with proficiency in one of: Java (Spring Boot), Python (FastAPI), or Node.js (Nest); and working knowledge of the other two.

Deliver technical solutions across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Apply best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, and DevOps.
-
Utilize AI-driven tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs, RAGs) and stay up to date with new technologies.
-
Implement data persistence using SQL and NoSQL databases (CosmosDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Databricks).
-
Use modern testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress), code review, static analysis (Lint, Prettier, Veracode, Sonar Qube), and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Terraform).

Develop and maintain APIs (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger) and contribute to event-driven architectures (Kafka, messaging services).

Contribute to cloud-native development with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Participate in agile processes (Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and team ceremonies.

Work with team members and stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Compensation:
Salarystarts from 3 283EUR gross monthly. The actual offer is based on skills, experience and knowledge.
