About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically minded Service Assurance & Operations Specialist to join our team! In this operational role, you will focus on maintaining high service standards, supporting technical teams, and improving processes through effective analysis and automation projects. You’ll play a key part in optimizing daily operations, ensuring compliance with standards, and helping ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & Standards: Accurately document technical problems, follow and enforce operational standards, and collaborate with development and technical teams.

Process Efficiency & Quality: Continuously review and improve operational processes, identify opportunities to automate manual tasks (using Power Automate or similar tools), and help maintain high quality standards.

Technical Support: Analyze and resolve day-to-day operational, data, or technical issues in collaboration with relevant teams.

Communication: Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders and clients, provide status updates, and support meetings or incident reviews.

Reporting: Support data analysis and prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and operational improvements.

Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
-
2+ years of practical experience in service assurance, technical operations, or a related support role.

Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
-
Basic knowledge of automation tools, especially Microsoft Power Automate
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.

Ability to follow established procedures and apply company policies.
-
Detail-oriented, proactive, and technically curious.
-
English at B2 level or higher.
-
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred; technical background is an advantage.

Salary Range: 68 000 CZK - 98 000 CZK gross a month. The actual salary is based on skills, experience and knowledge.
