Job Description:

This role is ideal for individuals with entry-level experience in network design engineering. The primary responsibility is to Deploy and troubleshoot enterprise networks, along with scripting and automating operations to enable efficient and secure management of the network. The functions in detail are as below

• Operating within a 24x7 rotational shift model to review projects, change requests, or incident tickets related to the network, using ITSM tools, emails, and other communication methods.

• Logging into the network to understand and identify the scope of requests or incidents and taking necessary actions to implement requests or troubleshoot incidents.

• Managing network documentation, including inventory and diagrams.

• Identifying areas of automation for efficiency and error elimination.

• Coding, testing and deploying solutions to enable automation.

Key Competencies/Skills:

• Proficiency in networking, with the ability to log in, troubleshoot, and configure routers, switches, and other networking devices.

• Eloquent in CCNA level knowledge or equivalent experience with any relevant OEM technology.

• Proficiency in Python or Java. Expertise in RPA tools or SQL.

• Strong communication skills to handle complex discussions on conference calls, coordinating between multiple engineers and project managers globally.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Math or Science.

• Preferred: Degree in Engineering.
