We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of HR strategy, enterprise technology, and delivery execution. In this role, you’ll directly support HR leaders and business partners who rely on Workday to run mission‑critical people processes at scale. You won’t just write requirements—you’ll shape solutions, influence outcomes, and drive clarity across complex initiatives that impact employees and leaders every day.

What You’ll Do:

As a key member of the HR Technology product team, you will serve as a Product Owner delegate and trusted partner to HR stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical architects.

Product & Requirements Leadership:

  • Own and translate HR business needs into clear, actionable requirements or well‑structured user stories (Agile).

  • Ensure requirements are prioritized, traceable, and aligned to both business value and platform capabilities within Workday.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as the primary liaison between HR clients, product leadership, and delivery teams.

  • Facilitate workshops, clarify ambiguity, manage expectations, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

Delivery & Quality Ownership:

  • Partner closely with engineering and configuration teams to ensure solutions are built as intended

Change & Risk Management:

  • Manage evolving requirements with a clear understanding of downstream impacts to scope, timelines, and resources.

  • Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies before they become delivery blockers.

Continuous Improvement & Planning:

  • Contribute to project planning, sequencing, and dependency management.

  • Continuously improve how requirements, user stories, and product documentation are created and maintained.

What You’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Workday and/or Service Now, supporting HR clients.

  • 3+ years of product management, business analysis, or product owner experience in enterprise environments.

  • Proven ability to work across Agile delivery model.

  • Confidence working directly with senior leaders.

  • A track record of owning moderately complex applications or initiatives from concept through delivery.

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA), preferably in Computer Science or a related field.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • You’ll work on high‑visibility HR initiatives that directly impact employees and leaders.

  • You’ll partner with knowledgeable HR and technology professionals who value strong product thinking.

  • You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Workday is leveraged, not just maintain it.
