This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Join AT&T and help shape the future of communications and technology that connect the world. We value innovators who seek to explore the unknown and challenge the status quo. Bring your bold ideas and fearless spirit to redefine connectivity and transform how people share stories and experiences. At AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future—you’ll build it.

You’ll lead a high-impact team of Technical Product Managers responsible for turning complex telecom and platform capabilities into customer-centric software products. This role is equal parts vision, execution, and influence—shaping strategy and roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring teams deliver measurable outcomes. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, data, and business value, and you enjoy building strong product culture while partnering deeply with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Data Science, this role offers the scale and ownership to make a visible difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Set a clear product vision and strategy grounded in customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.

  • Own and evolve a prioritized technical roadmap; align across Product, Architecture, Engineering, UX, and business partners.

  • Lead and coach a team of Technical Product Managers—raising craft, accountability, and consistent delivery.

  • Translate business goals into actionable product requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) and drive clarity on “what good looks like.”

  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture on solution options, dependency management, and delivery sequencing.

  • Define success metrics and monitor performance; drive continuous improvement post-launch through insights and iteration.

  • Leverage data science, analytics, and (where applicable) ML capabilities to optimize product decisions and unlock incremental value.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and ensure quality, usability, and reliability across the product lifecycle.

  • Facilitate trade-off decisions across scope, time, and technical constraints; secure alignment with senior stakeholders.

  • Embed strong Agile practices (planning, refinement, prioritization, and execution rhythms) to keep teams focused and moving.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8–10+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment, owning products end-to-end.

  • Demonstrated success leading and mentoring product managers and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Strong knowledge of modern software delivery (Agile/Lean), product discovery, and measurable outcome-based roadmapping.

  • Technical fluency in service-oriented architecture / microservices, APIs, and software development methodologies.

  • Telecom industry expertise (or deep experience in similarly complex, large-scale platforms and ecosystems).

  • Proven ability to define KPIs, use analytics to drive prioritization, and optimize products post-launch.

  • Experience partnering with data/engineering teams to apply analytics and/or machine learning to product strategy.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills—able to align executives and teams through clear narratives, trade-offs, and decisions.

  • Strong business analysis skills: turning ambiguity into structured problems, hypotheses, and deliverable plans.
