Asana has an ambitious mission, and we’re looking for an equally ambitious and skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to help us get there. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a team of recruiters to hire technical talent into our Warsaw office. You will partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and align your team around achieving these goals. You’ll also help establish our talent brand strategy as we build greater awareness for this Asana office in Warsaw.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.

Our employees in Poland are employed under a contract of employment.

What you’ll achieve

  • Lead our Warsaw recruiting team that delivers talent for a variety of teams within the R&D organization.

  • Align key talent initiatives and resources with Asana’s core business objectives.

  • People Leader - manage, lead, grow and develop a high-performing team of Recruiters.

  • Strategic Account Management - partner with key leaders and managers to ensure hiring of the right talent at the right time.

About you

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 5+ years leading teams— ideally focused on technical teams in-house at a tech company

  • Experience hiring in Poland and other EU countries

  • Experience working with international teams and offices

  • Demonstrated passion and ability for leading, motivating and coaching recruiting teams

  • Motivated to proactively problem solve, unblocking challenges and developing creative approaches to hiring great talent

  • Adept at building stakeholder relationships, effectively driving change across the organization and inspiring a culture of shared recruiting accountability

  • A data-driven approach to decision-making that leads to increased operational effectiveness & efficiencies

  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 25,100-29,600 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
