On the heels of Asana’s exponential global growth, we are hiring a Channel Partner Manager in Australia & New Zealand, to join our growing APAC Channel Partnerships team. Channel Partnerships, which includes a variety of revenue-driving partnerships, are critical for the company’s success and this is an exciting opportunity to build and grow an important part of the business.
As a quota-carrying member of the team you will report to and work closely with our Head of APJ Channel Partnerships, based out of Sydney, to drive and shape our Channel Partnerships program.
This role is based in our Sydney office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Mondays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.
What you’ll achieve:
-
Identify, recruit, and onboard scaled services partners, Asana Certified Pros and support revenue alliances across ANZ
-
Track and be responsible for metrics in your assigned region(s), primarily revenue, that indicate partner success. You will own a quota and other performance metrics
-
Develop strong GTM plans that can scale across the region
-
Maintain and support ongoing partner relationships, including partners’ capabilities to provide post-sales services and grow accounts
-
Support the global Channel Partnerships team in building programs that scale partnerships and alliances that can be leveraged in other regions
About you:
-
5+ years of experience in channel partner management, channel program management or scaled partnerships - but importantly have a passion and experience for building partner relationships and programs.
-
Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
-
Thoughtful about the strategy and metrics you set, but also able to hustle and execute on those plans. This role is very hands-on and you enjoy that
-
Program builder who enjoys enabling new revenue streams, especially at scale, through enablement of Asana’s biggest advocates and through alliances across the region.
-
Knowledgeable about building partnership programs that scale across many partners and countries
-
Knowledgeable about the B2B SaaS sales motion
-
Balanced in developing short-term solutions and celebrating small wins, while iterating and optimising partner operations and experience for the long-term
-
A creative thinker who drives new ideas to build the Asana partnership ecosystem beyond traditional models. Willing to experiment, learn and share learnings across the team
-
