This role requires strong partner management capability, as you will be balancing multiple, and often challenging priorities, and the ability to influence across a diverse and demanding stakeholder landscape. You will be a strong communicator, who is highly inclusive and collaborative.

Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships and providing strategic procurement support.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders in a multifaceted, high-growth technology environment, confidently balancing ambitious demands and priorities.
  • Influence demand management and early-stage planning to ensure procurement is engaged at the right time and adds maximum value.
  • Act as a change champion, encouraging adoption of new procurement technology, policies, and standards across the organisation.
  • Support sourcing and contracting activities, ensuring alignment with category strategies and business objectives.
  • Proactively lead supplier relationships, performance, and risk, delivering sustainable value across cost, quality and innovation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior procurement role within a semiconductor, engineering, or sophisticated technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of engineering-led organisations, technical supply markets, and complex supplier ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence multiple senior stakeholders with challenging priorities.
  • MCIPS qualification or equivalent recognised procurement professional qualification.
  • Excellent commercial savvy, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working in a global organisation.

"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience:

  • Exposure to source-to-pay, contract lifecycle management, or analytics platforms.
  • Strong interest in innovation, sustainability, and responsible procurement practices.

In Return:

We offer a collaborative, inclusive culture, exposure to sophisticated international supply markets, strong professional development support, and a competitive reward and benefits package with flexible working.
