Your Role

In your daily job you will:

• 负责波峰焊、选择焊、小锡炉等焊接设备，点胶类设备、固化炉、水洗机以及周边配套设备与线体的日保养以及周期性保养，以确保设备状态的良好。
• 负责区域内设备机构与电控故障的分析处理直至故障排除以及生产过程中治工具异常维修。
• 负责产品换线时按文件要求进行程式调用、工艺参数以及设备状态的确认。
• 负责协助工程师进行NPI产品的工艺调试与异常问题的处理与反馈。
• 负责产品在生产过程中的品质监控，并及时处理发生的品质问题。
• 负责对产线人员进行与工程相关的技能指导与培训。

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• 需具备与传统波峰焊、选择焊相关的焊接基础理论与工艺知识，最好具有ERSA WS, ERSA SWS, Speedline设备, Soltec WS的从业经历2年以上。
• 需具备Coating相关理论与知识，最好有Nordson, PVA, 肖根点胶设备的操作经历2年以上。
• 需具备一定的设备机构、电控知识，能独立解决常见的机械与电控故障。
• 需具备良好沟通能力，工作认真负责。
