This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Our solutions are central to enabling the next generation of electrified, automated, and connected vehicles, and we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence.

Your Role:

Business Case Preparation for New Quotes, Investment Requests, and Project Reviews

• Calculate financial metrics for new projects.
• Independently analyze input data provided by Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Investment, and other functions.
• Define the bottom‑line price offer for new quotes in cooperation with the Sales team, ensuring alignment with company financial thresholds.
• Participate in business case reviews with European management and support the preparation of approval packages.

Support for Forecasting and Budgeting Processes

• Prepare base data for revenue and labor‑time forecasting.
• Analyze actual profitability by program and by customer.
• Track risks and opportunities and ensure timely follow‑up.

Finance Business Partnering for the Sales Function

• Provide financial support during negotiations.
• Support cash collection activities.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analyses as needed.

Requirements:

• Academic background in Finance or Controlling
• Several years of relevant experience in Finance Controlling
• Very good Excel skills
• Excellent analytical abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Strong multitasking capabilities
• Outstanding communication skills and a professional manner
• Ability to work effectively with diverse, international teams
• Fluent English
