YOUR ROLE

As Regional PC&L Manager:. This position is responsible of the manage the entire region (multiple plants) on all PC&L Metrics, P&L, Inventory levels and flow, Supplier and Customer Management, Process, and Controls Execution.

In your daily job you will:

• Customer OTD, Inventory & DIO, Regular and Premium Freight, Inventory Adjustments,

• E&O

• Assure Planning Volume / Mix execution at the plant

• Management of FG critical packages (Recovery plans

• Management Raw Material Ordering Process / Supplier escalations

• Coordination and execution of quarter and annual physical inventories

• Standardization with plants, lessons learned, and Best Practices

• Coordination and execution of New Launches

• Raw Material / Finished Goods

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Strong and Progressive Leadership

• Supplier and Customer Negotiation

• +10 years of PC&L experience

• Solid Financial Skills

• P&L Approach

• Analytic / Data Driven

• Winning Mindset

• Operations / Finance

• Team Player

• Office (Excel/PowerPoint)

• English (Fluent)

• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering)

• Multi-plant experience (required)

• Nice to haves (preferred qualifications)

• SAP Basics / or any other ERP

• APICS
