Position Overview

Job Responsibilities:

· Will be part of team of developers with expertise in framework and development for Audio DSP.

· Responsible for developing code in C & C++ language

· Will be part of complete software development life cycle

· Will be involved in requirement analysis, designing, software development, bug fix, functional testing and integration testing

· Will be responsible for developing, porting and optimization of audio algorithms on multiple platforms

· Will be part of developing software towards achieving high end audio processing algorithms for different OEMs

· Support Software integration activity

Required Qualifications:

• A graduate in BE/B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/ Instrumentation)

• 5 to 8 years of experience in the relevant field.

• A go-getter, good in communication, challenge status quo to achieve career aspirations aligned with Aptiv’s mission

• A Learning Enthusiast to be passionate about learning, follow trends and publications in the market outlining new solutions

Required Technical Skills

• 5 -8 years’ of experience in Audio Post Processing ,Signal Processing.

• Hands-on experience on requirements analysis, design, software development, testing & configuration management and who can work with minimal supervision.

• Experience on Automotive Infotainment domain & relevant tools.

• Experience on Audio DSP, porting of different Audio algorithms and optimization Techniques

• Proficiency in audio design/architecture on multiple platforms. Desired to have Experience on Hi Fi core DSP, Qualcomm ADSP framework, ALSA etc.

• Hands on experience on industry leading So Cs in automotive sector.

• Expertise in OOP concepts. C, C++ development.

• Good to have knowledge of UNIX, and Linux.

• Good to have knowledge and understanding of Android Audio.

• Experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum processes for Project Development.

• Tools – GIT, Geritt, CMAKE, JIRA, Polarion, Confluence, VSCode, Enterprise Architect (UML), VMWare, Coverity.

• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills, complete ownership of the building blocks.

• Good Team player and should follow agile development methodologies as part of SW development life cycle.

• Creative problem-solver capable of creating and reproducing complex software defects
