YOUR ROLE

As a Quality and Audits Coordinator on our team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our quality culture, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about building robust, effective quality systems.

In your daily job you will:

• Planning and conducting internal audits according to IATF16949, VDA 6.3

• Supervise and updating the internal auditors competency matrix

• Monitor and on-time execution corrective actions implementation after internal and external audits

• Cooperate with managers/supervisors in the implementation of the requirements of the
  quality system

• Prepare of data for system management reviews (monthly metrics, Annual
  Management Review)

• Initiate actions to improve / develop the quality management system

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• MSc degree in technical or economy faculty

• Proficiency in IATF 16949 requirements, Qualified internal auditor in quality systems preferred

• Demonstrated ability to MS Office applications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to methodical approach to problem solving

• Fluent English preferred
