This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment; Connection Systems business unit located in Saltillo, Coahuila, México.

Summary (About this Position): RF Technician performing test in our Validation Test Laboratory

Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities):

• Participate in troubleshooting
• Implement continuous improvement projects
• Maintain system documentation
• Perform standard engineering test measurements according to standards.
• Prepare test samples according to methods and/or standards.
• Record test data
• Maintain housekeeping/safety standards
• Prepare test reports documenting the sample preparation, test methods, equipment, and conditions.
• Test samples disposal as required.

Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves):

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronic Engineering or similar
• Knowledge of electrical concepts
• Interpretation of electrical drawings
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
• Knowledge using bench test equipment (DMMs, VNA, LCR Meter, Hipot Tester, etc)
• 60% English

Your Preferred Background (i.e. Nice to Haves):

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronic Engineering or similar

• Knowledge in Electrical / Radio frequency concepts

• Experience in electrical measurements in a Laboratory environment

• 1+ years’ experience in automotive industry validation laboratory environment

• Familiarity with Automotive Products Validation Process and Terms.
