Responsibilities

• Facilitation of Scrum Ceremonies - Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team aligned.
• Coaching and Continuous Improvement - Coach teams on Agile principles to improve delivery velocity and foster a culture of continual improvement.
• Removing Impediments - Remove obstacles and shield the team from distractions to ensure smooth progress of work.
• Agile Metrics and Best Practices - Monitor velocity, cycle time, and promote engineering best practices like Definition of Done and CI/CD adoption.
• Planning and Progress Tracking - Create and maintain detailed delivery plans and track progress against milestones effectively.
• Communication and Governance - Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders through structured reporting and meetings.
• Resource and Compliance Management - Plan resources and coordinate vendors while ensuring compliance and audit readiness with proper documentation.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Graduate in BE/B.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/Instrumentation, Robotics)
• 5-8 years of experience in Automotive
• 3 years as Scrum Master
• 2-4 years in project or hybrid roles

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks with proven ability to improve team performance and delivery predictability
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
• Technical literacy for collaboration on coding standards, CI/CD, and infrastructure
• Proficient with tools like Jira, easybi, Polarion to manage boards, workflows, and dashboards effectively
• Certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, PMP, and PSPO (Awareness)
• Project management expertise
• Scaled Agile experience in scaled Agile settings and knowledge of PI planning and Agile Release Trains
• Domain expertise in Automotive (added advantage)
• Experience managing distributed teams and collaborating globally
