YOUR ROLE

As OpEX Coordinator on our team, you will: responsible of ongoing efficiency and cost of developing parts of the site Op Ex Projects Coordination and Follow up to assure projects progress on track and completion on time.

In your daily job you will:

Lead Lean projects focused on waste reduction, efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Implement Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, Poka-Yoke, standardization, among others.

Monitor Opex indicators and report progress to supervisors and management. Coordinate interdepartmental improvement teams and facilitate Kaizen events.

Identify opportunities for process automation and digitization.

Ensure compliance with Lean standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the plant.

Manage the improvement ideas program, from receiving and evaluating suggestions to implementing and recognizing them.

Train operational and administrative staff in Lean methodologies.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

  • Bachelor's degree terminated in Industrial Engineering or related

  • English level intermediate - advanced

  • +5 years of experience in manufacturing, (must experience in OpEX)

  • MS Office proficient
