As a Requirements Manager on our team, you’ll take ownership of the requirements management process, ensuring that all stakeholder inputs are properly captured, structured, documented, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. You will support engineering teams by providing clear, well‑organized require ements, build reporting standards, and contribute to efficient, high‑quality system development.

In your daily job you will:

  • Perform requirements engineering tasks according to internal processes and project guidelines.

  • Import, export, structure, and organize stakeholder requirements for engineering teams.

  • Collect and integrate customer‑specific requirements, including open‑source software compliance.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation aligned with division standards.

  • Process requests and updates from customer teams and project teams related to requirements.

  • Develop automation or support tools using Python or other scripting languages as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with software, hardware, integration, and testing teams.

  • Establish standardized reporting processes within the requirements management system.

  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to quality standards.

  • Continuously develop your skills and contribute to improving requirements engineering practices.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

  • Master's degree in a technological field

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools ( MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)

  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English

  • Communication skills

  • Capability to work with engineering teams

  • Knowledge of application automation tools (Python/Java/C++)

  • Knowledge of requirements management tools
