YOUR ROLE

As a Insert Job Title Here on our team, you’ll plan, prioritize, coordinate, and monitor production according to customer demand, available capacity, and material availability, ensuring on-time deliveries, optimal inventory levels, and efficient resource utilization.

In your daily job you will:

• Responsibilities: Analyze demand, forecasts, and customer orders to develop feasible production plans.
• Perform data analysis and explain forecast variances compared to previous periods.
• Maintain communication and alignment with Business Development, Plants, Supply Chain, and other departments.
• Reconcile information from multiple sources logically and accurately, projecting future requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and report information on downtime, capacity, and material shortages.
• Attend and actively participate in daily production meetings.
• Measure and report daily performance, explain deviations, and propose corrective actions.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Engineering degree completed
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced English
• Proficient in systems and tools, advanced Excel-SAP
• Data analysis and management
• Planning and organization
• Effective communication
• Problem-solving
