This is a role for 10th of Ramadan City -EGYPT, temporarily posted in Morocco

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the plant’s Industrial Engineering activities and act as the process owner for Flows 4 and 5, ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of all associated processes.

As a key member of the plant leadership structure, the Manufacturing Engineering Manager plays a vital role in supporting production performance, driving standardization, enabling process innovation, and ensuring product and process safety.

Your role:

  • Lead and develop the Flow 4 and Flow 5 Industrial Engineering teams to meet EOS requirements and achieve Quality, Volume, and Cost (QVC) targets.

  • Act as process owner for Flows 4 & 5, ensuring robust daily management of industrial engineering activities in alignment with EOS and operational feedback.

  • Drive process standardization across the plant and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.

  • Develop and execute a continuous improvement plan, coordinating closely with the Continuous Improvement Team and Plant Manager.

  • Serve as the interface between the customer and the engineering change process, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.

  • Monitor investment project indicators, manage process‑related costs, and support deployment of new processes and technologies.

  • Build technical capability within the engineering team through training routines, development plans, and oversight of product safety responsibilities.

  • Lead the Manufacturing Engineering function by developing efficient processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring strong technical governance, while managing the Engineering, Capex, and Opex budgets to support plant performance and secure achievement of all Quality, Volume, and Cost (QVC) objectives in line with Aptiv’s EOS standards.

Your Profile:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering within automotive or high‑volume, process‑driven environments.

  • Proven track record in leading Industrial Engineering teams, ideally managing different flows or workstreams (Flow 4, Flow 5, or equivalent).

  • Strong experience with process design, optimization, and industrialization of new products.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage QVC (Quality, Volume, Cost) performance through engineering solutions.

  • Experience working under structured systems such as EOS, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, IATF 16949.
