  • Analyze prototype results, conduct root-cause analyses, and propose design or process improvements.
  • Provide technical input to DFMEA and PFMEA.
  • Maintain engineering documentation and ensure compliance with the quality management system.
  • Identify new product requirements and perform benchmarking of solutions and products for adjacent markets.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in engineering or manufacturing, preferably involving Electrical Wire Harnesses in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Robotics, or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with testing and validation standards for electrical components, preferably in Aerospace & Defense or automotive-related markets.
  • Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical design and CAD tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical measurements and statistical methods.
  • Hands-on experience with wire harness fabrication tools preferred (crimping, splicing, heat-shrink, overbraiding...).
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30%.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

 Your Benefits:

  • Well-Being Program that includes regular webinars, workshops, and networking events
  • Hybrid work (min. 47 days/yr of remote work, flexible working hours)
