DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Manager, SCM Digitalization at Aptiv, you will drive the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital solutions, with a particular focus on supply chain and procurement optimization. This role combines SCM specific knowledge and technology implementation program management skills, to translate business needs into scalable automation, analytics, and workflow capabilities, that optimize efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience across global SCM, while driving transformational change that supports our mission of creating safer, greener, and more connected mobility solutions.

You will:

• Lead process digitization and automation across global SCM teams, focusing on standardization, cycle-time reduction, enhanced compliance and cost/effort optimization.

• Identify opportunities for technology-driven process improvements and system efficiency while staying informed on procurement technology market trends and evolution.

• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to design and operationalize technology implementations (example Service Now, Ariba etc.) with strong governance, data quality, and KPI visibility.

• Support change management and champion consistent usage and adoption across regions, ensuring successful integration and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Adopt advance Lean/Kaizen practices, to pro-actively identify bottlenecks and ensure closure of improvement actions with measurable outcomes.

• Drive digital transformation, coordinate cross-functional delivery, working with IT, Data/Analytics, external vendors and global business teams to align roadmaps, manage releases, and realize benefits.

• Contribute to value realization by tracking benefits (time saved, efficiency improvement, error reduction, user satisfaction etc.), support business cases, and feed results into quarterly and annual planning.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement Operations, and/or Enterprise level Digital/Process implementation roles within manufacturing/automotive/technology environments.

• Demonstrated experience in technology implementation and digital transformations.

• Strong understanding of procurement technology ecosystem including source-to-Pay suites, enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management solutions, savings management tools, intake tools, T&E applications, procurement analytics platforms and procurement orchestration tools.

• Experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Service Now across multiple modules and use cases.

• Demonstrated Lean/Kaizen experience, SOP creation, and continuous improvement delivery with measurable benefits; strong change management and program/project management skills.

• Hands-on experience with developing and monitoring value realization levers, driving daily/weekly ops reviews, and closing performance gaps.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication; proven ability to partner across global, cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

• Entrepreneurial drive with strong problem solving, structured thinking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
