YOUR ROLE

As Quality Engineer on our team, you will:

• Primary customer contact.

• Receive customer requirements and ensure on-time shipments.

• Negotiate critical situations with the customer and manufacturing plant.

• Support Production Control (PC) in managing premium outbound resources.

• Ensure the customer maintains their material supply.

• Support PC in optimizing regular support windows for customer service and plant flexibility.

• Maintain constant communication and follow-up with production control

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

In your daily job you will:

• Industrial Engineering or related field

• At least 5 years of work experience in the position or similar

• Intermediate-advanced English level

• Problem-solving techniques (8D, Lean 6 Sigma)

• Statistical analysis techniques, statistical process control

• Knowledge of IATF 16979 standard

• Knowledge of AIAG manuals
