• Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in test engineering, fixture design, or related roles in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.

• Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of test fixture design, preventive maintenance, and calibration processes.

• Familiarity with DFx principles and cost-reduction strategies.

• Proficient in root cause analysis, failure analysis, and corrective action implementation.

• Experience with PFMECA and risk assessment for new product development.

• Ability to develop and execute test procedures and specifications.

• Competent in data collection, analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

• Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel overseas for test fixture deployment (up to 2 weeks).

• Ability to work independently at contract manufacturer sites during deployments.
