TEAM OVERVIEW:

• The Etch Service Business Unit (SBU) partners with customers to maximize equipment performance and reliability post-sale. We are responsible for driving service business growth by delivering customized maintenance, optimization and upgrade solutions to increase customer productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in reviewing and updating records of tool performance at target customer account
• Compile and communicate metrics on service contract performance
• Tool uptime, labor costs, material costs,
• Create tracking database to capture regionally developed AI solutions, including customer value creation and field proliferation.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Engineering mindset
• Data driven analysis and communication
• Able to consolidate field inputs into clear communications
• Verbal as well as through documentation
• Sensor development- software and hardware integration
• Tableau, JMP, MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Basic financial aptitude

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:

• Bachelors/Masters
• Mechanical Eng, Chemical Eng, Material Science, Data Science
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
• Basic semiconductor manufacturing knowledge a plus

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
