The Content Design team defines the content experience across some of Apple's most visible products. Within that team, Apple TV Content Design is seeking a Senior Creative Director to evolve and lead the brand - and its sub-brands - into its next chapter.
This role will define how our service looks, feels, and sounds. It will shape the identity system, narrative voice, and creative expression across shows, movies, and sports - influencing how millions of people discover and experience entertainment.
We're looking for a true creative leader - a communicator and problem-solver with a multidisciplinary mindset. Someone who thrives working across media types, screens, formats, and technologies. You should bring deep experience in television or digital content creation, paired with a strong design sensibility and fluency in product thinking.
Description:
We're looking for a visionary Brand leader who combines expansive thinking with rigorous craft.
This person operates at both altitude and detail. They define the narrative, build the system, and ensure the execution meets the standard. They believe brand is a strategic lever - not just an aesthetic layer - and they use it to shape culture internally and externally.
From ideation through delivery, this role spans the full creative lifecycle. They will set the bar for quality, define the brand practice, and build a high-performing creative team aligned to clear principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building brands for sports brand, leagues and/or athletes.
Worked within the entertainment / streaming space and familiar with digital products and services.
Passionate for Apple, its products, and its customers.
Able to deliver highly-resolved work at the intersection of culture and design
Have an advanced understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across platforms and audiences
Minimum Qualifications:
12+ years of work experience with a focus on brand building and brand design across a variety of categories.
Experience in crafting cohesive brand visuals, films and guidelines.
Experience working on brands in the context of digital product and services.
Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through presentations, storyboards, motion, sketches, and high-fidelity comps. Highly skilled and fast in any tools you need to visualize your ideas and deliver the work.
Enthusiasm and history working in an iterative design process, motivated by group critique. Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present work to large groups and executives.
Experience hiring, managing and growing talent.

Pay & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $201,300 and $371,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
