Description:
We are looking for a bold, curious, and driven program leader with a sharp sense of both technology and business. This role is for someone who thrives on challenge, taking full ownership of large, multi-functional initiatives, and delivering them end-to-end. If you are passionate about driving impact, shipping exceptional results, and shaping complex projects that touch millions of customers, this is your opportunity to shine.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience driving and delivering critical, end-to-end (E2E) project features across the company, collaborating effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.
Adept at leveraging data from diverse sources to generate insights and make informed decisions that guide program direction.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to executive leadership and influencing key stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower teams, foster collaboration, and maintain momentum in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments.
Technical curiosity and willingness to actively engage in technical discussions with engineering partners, including initiatives involving customer-facing Generative AI on-device or in the cloud.
Demonstrated experience shipping consumer software at large scale, serving millions of users.
Solid understanding of Apple operating systems, including iOS, macOS, i PadOS, and watchOS, with the ability to build experiences that delight users.
Prior experience working alongside Human Interface (UI/UX) partners to deliver impactful product experiences.
Measure program impact, evaluate ROI, and manage cost allocations for internal initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field,
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant experience in software and program management.
Strong software project management skills with experience leading large, multi-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
Proven track record of managing programs end-to-end, from initial design through launch, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools and LLMs to streamline program management workflows, including technical documentation, automated status reporting, and data synthesis.

Pay & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
