Description
As a member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a small team of highly skilled engineers to bring new, Generative-AI enabled experiences to Apple products. This position requires a self-motivated engineer with strong technical and interpersonal skills to handle responsibilities including:

Expanding iOS-based platforms to bring new Generative AI-enabled experiences to life

Prototyping ideas to support feature definition and iteration
-
Communicating ideas to the Apple Design Team and other cross functional partners
-
Participating and leading architecture discussions and code review
-
Building internal tools to ship and maintain high quality software
Preferred Qualifications
The following skills are not required, but knowledge of one or more of these areas would be valuable:
Familiarity with AI principles or experience with developing software with large language models
Experience with one or more domains in iOS/macOS/tvOS development such as system shells, daemons and services, application frameworks, UI frameworks, or power and performance
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of Extensive iOS Development experience including experience with Swift and Apple development tools
Strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals
Proven software architecture experience with strong object-oriented programming and design foundations
Ability to break down large features and implement practical solutions
Track record of working cross-functionally and building strong partnerships amongst teams and individuals
Curiosity about new technologies, flexibility and openness to ambiguity
B.S. Computer Science or equivalent experience required
