Description:

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will:

Configure and customize SAP solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with system architecture and best practices.

Lead business process analysis and gap analysis to identify optimization opportunities and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.

Take ownership of functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful system integration and data migration.

Perform and manage unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.

Provide comprehensive post-go-live support, including issue resolution, change requests, and enhancements.

Develop and deliver training sessions and end-user documentation to ensure users are equipped to effectively leverage the solutions.

Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Act as the main liaison between the business units and other IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience with multiple SAP modules or exposure to cross-functional projects.

Understanding of ABAP programming:

Previous experience with system integration and data migration in SAP

SAP certification in one or more modules is highly desirable.

Minimum Qualifications:

2 years experience with SAP LE/MM

2 years experience with SAP configuration and business process mapping.

2 years experience with SAP implementation methodologies, such as ASAP or Agile.

2 years experience with analyzing and translating business requirements into technical specifications and system solutions.

Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or scientific discipline or equivalent work experience
