About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and execution-focused B2B Channel Sales Enablement Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of global B2B sales enablement programs. In this role, you will partner closely with program leaders, sales enablement stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, at scale, and with operational excellence. You will be a central point of coordination for B2B enablement initiatives—helping translate strategy into executable plans, driving alignment across teams, and ensuring consistent execution across regions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with B2B Channel Sales Enablement leaders to plan, track, and deliver the production of sales enablement digital assets, programs, and initiatives
- Own production plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies for multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, editorial, publishing, copywriters, and localization vendors to ensure alignment and execution
- Drive intake, prioritization, and scheduling of B2B enablement work to support program goals
- Monitor program progress, identify risks or gaps, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies
- Support program operations including forecasting inputs, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and execution readiness
- Prepare and deliver clear program updates, dashboards, and status reports for stakeholders and leadership
- Document processes, workflows, and best practices to enable repeatable execution
- Help ensure enablement projects and programs are scalable, measurable, and consistently executed worldwide
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations roles supporting sales enablement, or go-to-market initiatives
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong organizational and execution skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, risks, and communications across global teams
- Ability to clearly communicate status, risks, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
