We're looking for an Annotations Program Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of this vital process. In this role, you will engage with teams across Appleʼs ecosystem with the ultimate goal of delivering high-quality annotated data that enables AI advancements across the company. You will be responsible for capturing initial requirements, following through on all program commitments from our cross-functional operations and
engineering teams, and maintaining the customer relationship. You will need to understand the strategic goals of your customers to help prioritize operations tasks and coordinate with capacity planning for operational resources. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define annotation requirements, manage operational projects from prototype to scale, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality data. Your work will directly contribute to the success of the next generation of Apple products and features. Work closely with operations, engineering, and business teams to build a program enabling
us to deliver annotated data to engineering teams across Apple.
Serve as annotation project DRI, ensuring follow-through on many operational projects, from prototyping to scaling across global teams.
Partner closely with the training, quality, data analytics, and capacity planning teams to design solutions for annotation needs and create scalable solutions for future annotation requirements.
Collaborate to tackle problems as they arise and gain the trust and confidence of teams across Apple, resulting in the delivery of high-quality annotated data.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data annotation tools and workflows, and a strong understanding of machine learning concepts and methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs across global teams, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to understand and consolidate multiple points of view into an influential recommendation to move projects forward.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
A relentless focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations, taking full ownership of your projects from start to finish.
A strategic problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement and a knack for identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Pay & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
